Chart online music aggregator “we are hunted”
We Are Hunted is an Online Music Chart. It aggregates social networks, forums, music blogs, Torrents, P2P Networks and Twitter to develop a daily chart of the 99 most popular songs online.
The site is visually driven, intuitive and simple. Songs start playing immediately when clicked upon. Some of the tracks (small play icon top left) can be downloaded as MP3. It offers search and a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly chart, based on artists or song titles. The sound quality of the songs varies.
The site also aggregates news from artists. Some of the featured artists are Kanye West, Britney Spears, Papercuts, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Moby, The Kinks, …
We Are Hunted listens to what is happening in online music. While traditionally harts are built on shipped albums, these online charts are build on a count of digital downloads.
